Based in Kansas City, MO. Travel within 15 miles is included. Additional mileage billed at $1.50/mile.
Space Needed
The minitruck needs a flat, level parking spot and clear guest access. Its compact footprint makes it easy at venues where larger vehicles can't go. Indoor setup available with advance notice.
Book in Advance
Spring and fall weekends fill fast. Recommend booking 6–8 weeks out, especially for Saturdays.

50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. Remaining balance due 14 days before the event.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
